Privacy policy
This site is deliberately simple. We don't run advertising, we don't sell data, and we don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to include — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard web request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested page) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this to identify individual visitors.
Why we hold it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work
- To keep a record of agreed scope and correspondence during a project
- To meet ordinary accounting and legal obligations where a contract follows
We do not add enquiries to a mailing list, and we won't send you anything you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the people at OGStudio working on your enquiry, and the service providers that operate our email and hosting. We don't share, rent, or sell your information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where a project goes ahead, correspondence and contract records are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll action it — normally within a few days, and at most within one month.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Our host, Cloudflare, runs a cookieless analytics script that records aggregate page views, referrers, country, and browser type. It stores no identifier on your device and cannot follow you to other sites.
Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot mitigation. These keep the site available and don't track you between sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will be raised with them directly.
