About the studio

Small on purpose, shipped on record.

OGStudio is an independent app and game development studio. We stay small because the alternative — layers of people between the brief and the build — is how projects quietly go wrong.

What we believe

Four things we won't compromise on.

These sound like marketing lines until a project goes sideways. Then they're the only things that matter.

We tell you the uncomfortable thing early

If your scope doesn't fit your budget, or a port isn't worth building, you'll hear it in week one rather than month four. Bad news ages badly, and we'd rather lose a project at the quote stage than deliver something we knew was wrong.

You own everything

Source, assets, store credentials, signing certificates — all yours, transferred at completion. Nothing is held back to make leaving us difficult. A retainer should continue because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Shipping counts, demos don't

A prototype that impresses in a meeting and never survives review isn't work, it's theatre. We optimise for the build that passes certification and runs on a four-year-old device, because that's the one your customers actually get.

The people who quote are the people who build

No handoff from a sales team to a delivery team that inherits promises it can't keep. Whoever scopes your project writes its code, which is the simplest way to make sure the estimate means something.

The stack

What we reach for.

Tools are chosen per project, not per habit — but this is where we're deepest.

Work with us.

We take on a small number of projects at a time, which means we can say yes properly or say no early.
